A foundation of expertise

Farhin’s journey began with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, equipping her with a strong foundation in legal frameworks and regulatory compliance. This academic background provides her with a distinctive perspective in the field of children’s care, allowing her to navigate and interpret complex regulations with confidence and precision. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality care standards, ensuring that services consistently meet and exceed required benchmarks. 

Farhin also demonstrates a strong ability to work in partnership with parents, carers, and external agencies. She understands the importance of collaborative working in achieving the best outcomes for children and is skilled at building positive, professional relationships that support effective communication and coordinated care.Her attention to detail and commitment to best practice ensure that all processes are robust, compliant, and focused on promoting the welfare and protection of children.

Leading with insight and compassion

Farhin is an experienced Registered Manager, proficient in operational leadership across children’s and adult care services. She began her current role as Registered Manager at Children's Sanctuary, where her strong legal background ensures an unmatched dedication to regulatory compliance and ethical practice.  Her comprehensive training equips her to lead our team with confidence and expertise.Farhin is deeply committed to delivering safe, nurturing environments that support children’s holistic development—addressing not only their physical needs but also their emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing. With hands-on experience working in children’s residential homes, Farhin brings practical insight into the day-to-day realities of care provision. Her approach is child-centred, empathetic, and structured, ensuring that every child receives individualized support tailored to their unique circumstances. In addition, she possesses solid knowledge of safeguarding practices, the needs of children in care, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
